Wines from my homeland

Vinos Latinos is the result of over a decade of experience in importing and distributing wines from South America into the UK.

It all started in 2009, when my first shipment of a few pallets of wine arrived from Uruguay and I established ‘Wines of Uruguay UK’. I was new to the wine trade, but determined to show how the wines from my homeland could deliver character and outstanding value for money.

A few years and a lot of hard work later, I was supplying most of the top establishments in the country. Going the extra mile for my customers, together with a distinctive range of quality wines helped to achieve this.

In 2016, I decided to search for equally distinctive wines from the other – better known – South American countries, while focusing on lesser known producers, and so Argentina and Chile were successfully added to the portfolio.

With an ever-growing range from across South America, as well as a larger and prestigious customer base, it was time to rebrand and Vinos Latinos was born.

As the business continues to grow, some things will not change. Uruguay will remain a strong focus, quality and excellent value will always be a priority when selecting new wines and delivering great service to our customers will continue to be at the heart of everything we do.
